THE LOVELY ROAST CHESTNUTS AND HOT CHOCOLATE MADE MY NIGHT. IT WAS SHAME THAT GOLDFISH WERE BEING GIVEN AWAY AS PRIZES THOUGH - A CRUEL AND OUTDATED PRACTICE THAT MANY PEOPLE WERE COMMENTING ON.

I was totally amazed at the event this year, its moved on somewhat since a few years back! the fair in waitrose was unbelievable! thought it was great. My only gripe was the safety in the high street with kids on rides and people not being able to walk down the path high street due to the rides and car traffic being in close proximity, thought it was very dangerous with people darting across the roads.

We all thoroughly enjoyed it ... although admittedly we were there to embrace and enjoy the evening, rather than take a long a clipboard, and conduct and record a Health & Safety inspection!

You make it look a lot better that it really was, the Christmas Shop photo is a laugh seeing it was not even open !!!!

Really nothing to do with local community as stall were not run by locals .charged over the top for rides thought this was meant to be for local traders not penny pinchers

It is a great event but the health & safety is poor - my daughter almost fell off the carousel and into the high street. Sutton Council need to close a portion of the high street if children's rides are being operated so close to a road!

How many traders actually sold anything? Much too many people. Safety hazard with large stalls on the pavement and no where to walk. Absolute disgrace of the Father Christmas procession - 1 person and loads of Police. Didnt put my granddaughter on any rides as the queus were too long. Longer than Disney to wait. Not enough local tables selling things. Not enough charity shops open as last year. Where had all these people come from? Health & Safety with children was not taken into account with the rides.
