Pls could I ask - and my apologies if there is a more appropriate place to post this - but do we have working CCTV cameras in and around WP and our High Street?

19 cameras in the station.

there is one in the station car park. one on the corner of green lane, one at the entrance to stone place and another in the car park itself.whether they are working or the operators are bothering to view/record is another matter !!!!

Thanks for the feedback. Any overlooking Longfellow Road exit onto the High Street, by any chance? I only ask as I was involved in an accident there, as a pedestrian, but didn't catch the registration plate of the car that hit me.

I think there's one on a pole outside Iceland. I'm not sure where it's normally pointing, though - I guess it monitors the main bit of Central Road rather than the Longfellow Road junction.
