CAZBAR's proprietor, Carey, has been an enthusiastic supporter of the Worcester Park Blog and indeed of his fellow traders in Worcester Park.
It's a sobering, if you'll pardon the pun, reminder of how tough things are for our independent traders in Worcester Park.
So be nice to those who are left. Please.

NOOOOOOOOOO! :(
Nooo! That's terrible news. The Cazbar is a lovely place with such personality and it will be missed. :(
Do hope it doesn't turn into a charity shop ...
We need more hairdressers.
Or a hairdresers! Or an Italian restaurant (nothing against either, just don't need more!!)..
Where are the "yoof" going to hang out now?
I think it would make a nice spot for an estate agent.
Kendo blubbed; 'Where are the "yoof" going to hang out now?'
I'd guess the North End. However Caz implemented a strict over 18s policy.
Clearly you went in there often..
Hey Anonymous, where are you going to direct your bile and snide remarks once the Cazbar closes? I'm sure there'll be another establishment taking the butt of your inane generlisations..
If I said "18 sounds like yoof to me" it'd make me sound way older than I actually am... :-)
Never set foot in the place but sad to see another WP establishment go under...
To Kendo:
Yes you're correct. The Cazbar was a place with diverse characters, yeah a few naughty boys but also plenty of interesting and bright people. Firm friendships were formed, romantic partnerships established, golf played along with darts, pool and the famous McLean Quiz night. Not all bad, but clearly a lot easier to be sneering in the Anonymous style I guess. For many the bar will be missed.
