The terms of my life insurance prevent me from going inside to review it, but I give it a week before it all kicks off and the smell of fresh blood mingles with that of fresh paint.

I too was sad to see that this place hadn't been bulldozed and turned into an ALDI. I walked past today and there was already a broken window !

The main thing is that you walked past, as opposed to inside. Not surprised about the broken window though - broken bones to follow shortly.
To be fair to them that window was broken before it reopened. Though getting it fixed might be a good idea.
